Is this always the case? Or am I just showing selective examples? HOW DOES THIS SORCERY WORK!?

Graphing with Desmos

Feel free to use this tool from Desmos to graph whatever suits your fancy, whether for homework or curiosity. Occasionally, I'll update the default graph to something of particular interest. The current graph shows the Gaussian Distribution, commonly used in Probability and Statistics to calculate the probability of a normally distributed event. If you've taken a course in Probability before, then what you're seeing here is a visual representation of the formula that yielded the z-score tables you used.
